RBC Staff, Family & Friends Trial Program — Important Information

The following is some important information you should be aware of before registering for the RBC Mobex Mobile Payment Service Trial Program.

		As a special thank you, there will be no fees associated with access to the RBC Mobex Mobile Payment Service for the duration of the Trial. However, regular service or carrier fees may be charged e.g. by your bank, credit card issuer or telephone company.
	The Trial can end at any time. You will be notified by e-mail when the Pilot is ending. Access to your account and the funds in your RBC Mobex account will continue to be available after the Trial ends. Although you will not be able to make any payments, you can offload your funds at any time.
	As part of the Trial Program, we may need to contact you by e-mail or SMS from time to time with special offers, information and requests to help us learn more about how you are using the service.
	Call Centre Support for RBC Mobex Mobile Payment Service is available Monday to Friday from 7:00am — 11:00pm AST through 1 (800) 769-2555. If your call is received after hours or if we are unable to assist you immediately, a representative will contact you as quickly as possible with the answers or information you were looking for.
	As with any Trial Program, there are technical limitations (see the RBC Mobex User Guide for more detail) that will be addressed / improved when and if the service is rolled out fully. It is also expected that some technical problems may arise. We ask for your understanding and thank you for your patience.
